Dancing Chef Sweet and Sour Sauce

One of the most well-known of all Chinese sauces, presented by Dancing Chef with the perfect balance of flavors in the traditional style. It is especially good with pork, shrimp and fish.
Cooking Instruction:
Sweet and Sour Sauce 1 packet
Chicken or Pork (cut into pieces) 250g
Soy sauce 2 teaspoon
Water 2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Corn flour 1 teaspoon
Onion slice 1 bulb
Vegetables (cucumber, tomato, pineapple) 100g
Batter: Mix 3 tablespoons plain flour with 6 tablespoon of water. Salt and pepper to taste.
Season meat with soy sauce, sugar and corn flour. Marinate for 10 minutes. Dip in batter and deep fry till golden brown. Heat cooking oil in wok, fry onion till soft, add in cucumber, tomato, pineapple, deep-fried meat, Sweet and Sour Sauce and water. Mix well in high heat. Serve with rice.
