Green curry is a quintessential Thai dish made with fresh green chilies and scented with an aromatic blend of herbs and spices. This easy-to-use paste makes a deliciously spicy yet delicate green curry with any kind of meat or seafood. It also makes excellent vegetarian dishes.
Cooking Instruction:
Green curry paste 1 packet
Chicken pieces 450g
Vegetables (eggplant, long beans) 100g
Coconut Milk 150ml
Water 100ml
Kaffir Lime Leaves (optional) 3 pieces
Add Green Curry Paste, water, coconut milk in a pot. Bring to boil, add in chicken, vegetables, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer until the chicken is cooked. Serve hot.
