Red Curry is one of the most popular Thai curries. This traditional preparation is made from the freshest herbs and spices. Excellent with any kind of meat or seafood, it becomes a signature Thai dish when cooked with roast duck and pineapple. The paste can also be used to make Singapore Fish Head Curry by adding tamarind juice, tomatoes and okra.
Cooking Instruction:
Red Curry Paste 1 packet
Chicken (cut into pieces) 400g
Vegetables (pineapple, eggplant) 100g
Coconut milk 200 ml
Water 150ml
Kaffir Lime Leaf (optional) 3 pieces
Add Red Curry Paste, water, coconut milk, vegetables and kaffir lime leaves in a pot, simmer for 5 minutes. Add in chicken pieces and bring to boil. When the chicken is cooked, garnish with sweet basil leaves and serve.
