Shrimp paste is a unique and important South-East Asian ingredient used widely in many traditional dishes. Made with sun-dried shrimps, this paste imparts an exceptional fragrance to stir-fried meats, vegetables, and even fried rice.
Chicken Recipe: Mix 1 packet of Dancing Chef Stir-Fry Shrimp Paste, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 500g of chicken pieces. Marinate for 3 hours. Mix in 2 Tbsp flour, then deep fry until cooked and golden brown.
Fried Rice Recipe: Fry onion, garlic and Dancing Chef Stir-Fry Shrimp Paste in oil, then add in 500g of cooked rice and 200g of cooked meat or seafood. Mix well and fry until piping hot. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
